Personal Training

Prior to beginning our PT program the client is carefully screened to identify any past or current health issues or injuries. The client’s goals are then determined and a personalized program is developed to help the client reach their goals.

Once this is complete, the program begins with a full assessment which includes body fat testing, as well as measurements, flexibility, strength and endurance testing.

This assessment is repeated in two week intervals. Following these assessments, the diet, cardiovascular and personal training routines may be adjusted to maintain an aggressive drive toward each client’s personal goals.

Our results centered personal training program focuses on providing the best training available to our clients. Our program focuses on the three primary cornerstones of fitness: strength and balance, cardiovascular and flexibility and diet and nutrition.
